1. General Terms
- Modern Gharonda is an online store offering screen-printed and block-printed products.
- By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website, products, or policies without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed on our website are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure online payment methods.
- Payments must be completed before order processing begins. In case of failure, the order will not be processed.
- Following RBI guidelines, we do not store customer payment details. Transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery within India takes 8-10 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We offer free shipping within India, but the customer will bear international shipping charges.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect PIN code or address is given, re-shipment charges will apply.
- Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as logistics delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is:
- Physically damaged upon delivery.
- Defective or missing parts/accessories.
- Different from the description on our website.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with a photo of the product.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned product.
- We are not responsible for return shipping losses or damages.
🚫 No returns or refunds for:
- Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices.
- Items returned for reasons other than damage or defects.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, images, designs, logos, and text on our website are the intellectual property of Modern Gharonda and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- We ensure that product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or order delays.
- In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer data is collected for order processing and communication purposes only, in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment and legal compliance.
